Employees in time tracking

The Employees page in time tracking provides an overview of all active employees in your company and their current time tracking status.

What does the table show?

• Profile picture of the employee

• First name and Last name

• Employee number

• Group assigned to the person

• Status: clocked in, clocked out or absent – for clocked-in or absent employees, the currently booked task is also displayed

Search and Sort

You can filter by first name, last name, employee number or group name using the search field at the top. Click on a column header to sort the table accordingly.

View Details

Clicking on a row opens the detailed view of the employee with further information regarding time tracking.

Important Information

Which employees and which statuses are displayed to you depends on your personal visibility rights: depending on your settings, you will see either all employees in the company, only members of your own group, or only your own status.
