The Account Page in upmesh

Page description

On your account page you can manage your personal information, email addresses, and API access, and delete your account. This article briefly explains what you can configure there.

Personal Data

At the top of the page you'll see your stored information: name, company (including your position within the company, if provided), phone number, and address.

Profile picture: Click the pencil icon next to your profile picture to open a menu with the following options:

  • Change profile picture – upload a new profile picture (via camera or file upload; the image is automatically resized)

  • Change data – opens a form for first name, last name, phone, company, and position within the company

  • Change address – opens a form for street, house number, postal code, city, and country

  • Delete profile picture – removes your current profile picture (after confirmation)

You can also simply drag and drop a new image onto the page.

Change password: The "Change password" button opens a form asking for your old and new password. The new password must be at least 8 characters long, contain upper- and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters, and must not be a common dictionary word. After changing it, you'll be automatically logged out and need to sign in again with the new password.

Email Addresses

Shows all email addresses linked to your account.

  • Unverified addresses can be re-confirmed via "Resend verification email?"

  • The trash icon removes an address (the last remaining one cannot be deleted).

  • "Add email address" adds another address, which then needs to be verified.

API Access

Manage personal API tokens for external applications.

  • A table lists tokens with their value, note, creation date, and revocation date (if applicable).

  • Copy a token's value via the clipboard icon.

  • Revoke a token via the delete icon (after confirmation).

  • "Generate token" creates a new token with an optional note.

You can find the documentation of our API here: https://api.upmesh.de/docs/

Delete Account

The "Delete account" button opens a confirmation dialog with a checkbox. Once confirmed, the account is not deleted immediately — deletion happens after 5 days, during which you can cancel it by contacting support.

Deletion is not possible if there's an active subscription (personal or through your company), if you still own projects, or if you're still a member of any projects.
