Global activities overview
On the Activities page you see a cross-project history of all changes relevant to you across every project you have access to.
You don't reach this page via its own menu item, but via the "Show more" button in the Activities widget on the global dashboard (see dashboard). That widget already shows you a short preview with the most recent entries.
What's shown here
The activity feed includes, among others: ticket creation and changes (status, type, craft, title, description, tags, assignment, approver, watcher, due date, archiving/deletion), ticket comments, plans and plan versions, daily report entries, project changes (created, changed, address, archived, deleted, ownership transferred, copied), team changes, folder and file actions (upload, change, deletion, renaming, tags), as well as time tracking and absence entries.
Who sees what
This page respects the project-specific read permissions: for every activity, the server calculates exactly which users are allowed to see it depending on your role in the respective project, your file/folder permissions, and whether you generally have read access to logs/journals. So you only see activities from projects and areas you have access to according to your role; everything else isn't shown to you at all.
Clicking an activity
Clicking an entry navigates you directly to the affected item e.g. a ticket entry opens the ticket dialog, a plan entry opens the plan detail page, a team entry opens the project's team page, a file entry opens the project's file overview, and a daily report entry opens the corresponding day in the daily reports. Before opening, your current access to the project is checked once more. If you no longer have access, navigation is refused.
Live updates
New activities appear automatically at the top of your list as they happen without you needing to reload the page. This applies to you as well as to every other user for whom the respective activity is visible according to their permissions.
