Project Logbook
On the Logbook page you see the history of all changes relevant to you within this one project.
You don't reach this page via its own menu item, but via the "Show more" button in the Activities widget on the project overview (see project dashboard). That widget already shows you a short preview with the most recent entries.
What's shown here
The history includes the same event types as the company-wide "Activities" page just limited to this project: ticket creation and changes, ticket comments, plans and plan versions, daily report entries, project changes, team changes, folder and file actions, as well as time tracking and absence entries.
Who sees what
You need the "logs" read permission of your project role just to see this page at all. Beyond that, which individual entries you see is calculated on the server according to your permissions for the specific type of activity (e.g. file entries only if you also have access to the respective folder).
Clicking an activity
Clicking an entry navigates you directly to the affected item within the project e.g. a ticket entry opens the ticket dialog, a plan entry opens the plan detail page, a team entry opens the team page, a file entry opens the file overview, and a daily report entry opens the corresponding day. Your current access is checked once more before navigating.
Live updates
New activities appear automatically at the top of the list as they happen for you and for every other project member who has access to the respective activity according to their permissions, without anyone needing to reload the page.
