Projektdashboard
On the Overview page you see your personal, freely configurable dashboard for this project made up of widgets for tickets, plans, team, weather, notes and more.
You find this page in the project menu under "Overview"; it's usually the home screen shown when you open a project.
Who can see and edit this page
Every project member sees the dashboard. You may freely adjust your own layout as any member, no special permission required. You can add, move, resize and remove widgets. Certain widget contents (the plans tile, team tile, editing the project address) additionally check your read or write permission for that area and are otherwise hidden or read-only.
Important: the layout is personal, not project-wide
Your dashboard layout is saved only for you personally. Changing it is invisible to other project members. The "Set as project default" menu item (only with the "change project" write permission, usually project manager/creator) lets you define a default layout. Effect: this default only applies to members who don't have their own saved layout yet (such as new team members) or to yourself if you reset your board to its starting state via "Reset". Boards already customized by other members are not changed by this.
Edit mode
The widget icon at the bottom activates edit mode. There you get: "Reset" (back to the default layout), "Done" (finish editing and save), "+" (add a new widget), and (if you have permission) "Set as project default".
Moving: drag a tile to a new position; the grid automatically shifts colliding widgets.
Resizing: drag the bottom-right corner of a tile.
Removing: via the "⋮" menu on a tile → "Delete" (with confirmation). Some automatically generated widgets (e.g. when you lack editing rights) can't be removed.
Settings: via the "⋮" menu → "Edit", if the widget has its own settings (e.g. statistic type, image folder, website URL).
On small screens (smartphone) the grid is disabled. Widgets appear in a single column and can't be moved or resized.
All available widgets
Focus tickets: list of open/in-progress tickets due within a chosen time range (overdue, today, tomorrow, in 1/2 weeks, 1 month), additionally filterable by assignee. A sort menu lets you sort by status, assignee, title, due date, or last change. This setting is saved for you. Clicking a ticket opens its detail view.
Activities: shows the project's most recent log entries, with a link to the full logbook.
Ticket overview: a donut/pie chart of tickets, switchable by status, type, craft, assignee, or approver; an icon toggles between absolute numbers and percentages. Clicking a segment or a legend entry opens the ticket list pre-filtered accordingly. Handy for quickly seeing, e.g., all open tickets of a specific craft.
Notes: personal notes for this project, with a checklist feature; browsable, create a new note by tapping the empty area.
Project info: project image, title, subscription status, key master data (start/end, description, project-specific additional fields), storage usage, and offline sync status, with a direct gear-icon link to project settings.
Statistic tile (can be added multiple times): a small clickable tile with a counter. Choosable between tickets, plans, files, daily report entries, or team members; clicking it navigates directly to the respective project page.
Project address: shows and (with permission) lets you edit the address of the project. This address is also used by the weather widget.
Weather: weather forecast for the project address; if no address is stored, you get a corresponding notice.
Website/iFrame (can be added multiple times): embeds any web page you specify directly into the dashboard, with an optional title.
Contact persons (multiple, one tile per created address): shows a single contact address card; create/edit via the widget's settings. If you delete a contact address in the project, the corresponding widget automatically disappears for all users.
Images (can be added multiple times): an image carousel from a project file folder you choose, with previous/next navigation.
No classic table
None of the widgets contain a sortable data table with a column-settings menu. List views (e.g. the ticket list in the Focus Tickets widget or the legend in the Ticket Overview widget) are simple, clickable rows without column configuration. The full, configurable ticket list is found on the project's separate ticket page.
