Tickets in a project
On the Tickets page you view and edit all tickets of this one project, including their location pinned on the project's plans.
You find this page in the project menu under "Tickets". Unlike the company-wide "All Tickets" page, this page shows exclusively tickets of the currently open project, but comes with direct plan integration.
Who can see and edit this page
Creating a ticket requires the corresponding permission of your project role. Without it, the action is refused with an error message. Individual ticket actions like archiving or deleting each check their own permission directly on the ticket.
Views
The view switcher lets you choose between Kanban, list, table, calendar and Gantt — same as on the "All Tickets" page.
Plan tile: tickets directly on the plan
Selecting a plan with an active version on the left shows a zoomable plan tile above the list, with all tickets pinned to that plan shown as markers. Long-pressing/clicking a spot on the plan creates a new ticket right at that position — the position is automatically converted to real-world coordinates and saved on the ticket. A draggable divider lets you adjust how much space the plan tile takes up versus the ticket list below; this setting is remembered locally on your device. The current map/plan viewport is also stored in the URL, so you can link directly to a specific area of the plan.
Plan selection
On larger screens you see a sidebar on the left with all the project's plans and the ticket count per plan, searchable and filterable by tags; you adjust the sidebar's width by dragging (saved locally). On small screens, you open plan selection via a button above the list instead.
Searching, filtering, sorting, tagging
These functions match the "All Tickets" page: full-text search, filter dialog, quick tag filter, and a sort menu (by title, number, type, craft, status, due date, last change, assignee, approver, or your own custom fields). You can additionally filter the plan sidebar separately here. Your last selected view and filter are saved separately per project. Each project remembers its own state.
Creating a ticket
The plus button (outside the split view) creates a new ticket; if a plan is currently selected, the ticket is automatically assigned to that plan. If you create a ticket via a long click directly on the plan, the exact position is saved along with it.
Saved views
You can save filter/sort settings as a "view". If you change a view created by another user, the change is only kept for you, for this session. To save it permanently, you either need to be the view's owner or save it under a new name.
Multi-select, report, and plan-specific export
As on "All Tickets", multi-select, report generation and Excel import/export are available; a report generated here defaults to covering only this project. Additionally (only when a plan version is actively selected) the "⋮" menu offers "Export plan" (downloads the current plan version, or as a PDF with a QR code if that option is enabled) and "Export plan with tickets" (generates a PDF showing the plan including all ticket markers).
Table: columns and settings
The table view uses the same columns and sort logic as "All Tickets". With the difference that no project column is shown here, since you're already inside a single project.
Changing column settings: click the "⋮" icon (three dots) in the top right of the table and choose "Table settings". There you show/hide columns and adjust their order and width.
Storage: these settings are saved locally on your device and do not affect other project members.
Effect on other users
A newly created ticket, or one pinned to the plan, is immediately visible to all project members with the corresponding read permission — both in the list and as a marker on the plan.
