All Tickets
The All Tickets page shows tickets from all your projects in one combined list, without having to open a project first.
Switching views
Use the icons in the top right to switch between four views:
Kanban – tickets grouped by status in columns
List – compact list view
Table – sortable table view with all fields
Calendar – tickets by due date
Your last selected view is remembered for you.
Search, filter and sort
Search: full-text search across all visible tickets.
Filter: the filter icon opens the filter dialog (e.g. by status, trade, assignment, date range). An active filter is highlighted; your last used filter is saved automatically.
Tag filter: tickets can also be filtered by tags.
Sorting: the sort icon lets you choose the field (e.g. title, number, due date, assignee) and direction to sort by.
Creating a new ticket
Use the round plus button in the bottom right to create a new ticket. Since this page spans all projects, you first choose the project the ticket should belong to. Only projects where you have permission to create tickets are shown.
Generating a report
The report icon lets you generate a report from the tickets currently shown (i.e. respecting the active filter).
Note on large ticket lists
If there are more tickets than the default display limit, a banner shows how many tickets are shown versus the total available. Narrow down the filter to find the tickets you're looking for.
