Project team
On the Team page you manage who works on this project: you invite new members, change their role, manage pending invitations, and remove members when they should leave the project.
Who can see and edit this page
Viewing requires the "Team" read permission. Inviting (via email, company employee or contact group) and resending invitations requires the "invite user" write permission; removing and cancelling invitations requires "remove user" (unless you're acting on your own membership, or cancelling an invitation you sent yourself). The creator of the project always has full rights on this page, regardless of their assigned role.
Two tabs
At the top you find the tabs "Members" and "Roles". Role management itself is covered in a separate article (see here); this one focuses on the member list.
Member list
The first row always shows the project creator with the fixed role "Project owner" — this row has no actions. Below it, all other members follow with the status "active", "invited" or "removed".
Searching and filtering
Use the search bar to search the list by name, email, company or status. The filter icon additionally lets you filter by role, company and status (active/invited/removed). Your filter is saved locally on your device and only applies to you.
Inviting a member
The round plus button in the bottom right offers up to three options, depending on context:
Invite a team member by email – always available. You enter an email address (with autocomplete from known contacts) and choose a role.
Add a company employee – only available if you belong to a company and the project isn't on the basic plan. You select from your company's employees who aren't yet in the project via multi-select; they're invited with a default role.
Add a contact group – only available if your company has contact groups with invitable contacts. You choose a group and a role; all contacts in the group (who aren't already in the project) are invited together.
Invited people immediately appear in the list with the status "invited", but only get actual access to the project's tickets, plans and time tracking once they accept the invitation.
Changing a role
The pencil icon on a row (active members only) opens the role change dialog. You choose a new role from those available in your project (on basic projects, only from a restricted selection), and can additionally change the phone number stored for that member in this project.
The member's permissions change immediately — what they can see and do in tickets, plans, time tracking and the team is governed by the new role right away, without them needing to log in again.
Removing a member
The trash icon lets you remove an active member after a confirmation prompt. If the person still has open tickets assigned to them or awaiting their approval, removal is initially refused; you're given a link to exactly those tickets so you can reassign them first. If you force the removal anyway, their open tickets are automatically reassigned to the project owner, or, for company projects, to a project manager of the company.
The removed member immediately loses all access to the project — tickets, plans and time tracking are no longer reachable for that person. They are also removed as a watcher from all tickets, and their saved views in this project are deleted.
Leaving a project
On your own row, the remove action is always available to you, regardless of your other permissions — so you can leave the project yourself at any time. You'll then be redirected to the home screen and no longer have access to this project.
Cancelling or resending an invitation
As long as an invitation hasn't been accepted yet (status "invited"), two additional icons are available: "Delete invitation" withdraws the invitation, meaning the person never had access. "Resend" simply sends a new invitation email without changing the status.
Changing the owner
For private (non-company) projects, the current creator can use a dedicated icon to transfer ownership to another active member. For company (enterprise) projects, a company admin can instead transfer ownership from their company to a different company, as long as that company isn't already the owner. The new owner automatically gets full rights on this page, regardless of any assigned role — this also affects how the project is displayed in the company-wide project overview, since the creator is shown there.
Viewing member details
Clicking an active row opens a detail window with photo/logo, role in the project, company, phone number (preferring the one stored for this project), email addresses, and a QR code for quick contact exchange. From there you can call, write an email, or navigate to the address directly.
Table: columns, sorting and settings
The member list shows: profile photo, name, email, company, role, status, and — visible only to admins/project managers — additionally "joined on", "invited by" and "last active".
Sorting: click a sortable column header; the default sort is name, ascending. The profile photo cannot be sorted.
Changing column settings: click the "⋮" icon (three dots) in the top right of the table and choose "Table settings". There you show/hide columns and adjust their order and width. The same menu also offers "Copy" and "Export".
Storage: these settings are saved locally on your device only and do not affect other project members.
