Company Profile

Company Settings
Page description

On the Company Profile page you see your company's master data, its logo and your support contact. As a company admin you can additionally change the logo/background image and manage API tokens here.

Who can see and edit what

Every company member can open this page and view the master data, address, logo and support contact card. Editing – changing or deleting the logo/background image, and managing API tokens – is only possible if you have the Admin role in your company. If you are not an admin, you are automatically routed to this profile page throughout the whole company area, regardless of which other menu item (e.g. employees, groups) you actually tried to open — those areas aren't accessible to regular members at all.

Master data

At the top you see your company's customer number, company name and address (street, postal code/city, country). This information is display-only on this page and cannot be edited here.

The logo tile lets you (as an admin) upload a new logo. If a logo already exists, the "…" menu gives you the options "Change" and "Delete". Important: the company logo is not a personal setting — any change takes effect immediately company-wide and is shown to every employee of your company everywhere the logo appears in the app.

Company background image

In addition to the logo, a background image can be set — but this tile only appears if your company has booked the corresponding add-on module. If the module isn't booked, no user (including admins) sees this tile at all. If it's available, uploading/changing/deleting works exactly like the logo and likewise takes effect company-wide for all employees.

Support contact

This card shows your point of contact: either the default upmesh support, or, if your company has a dedicated sales/account partner assigned, that person's contact details including a photo. Chips let you call or write an email directly, opening your phone or mail app. This card is display-only — you can't change anything here; who is listed as your contact is managed centrally by upmesh.

API tokens (admins only)

This section is only visible to company admins and is used to create and manage access tokens for programmatic use of the upmesh API.

  • The "Add token" button opens a dialog where you enter a note describing the intended use; a new token is then generated.

  • Each row offers the actions "Copy to clipboard" (as long as the token hasn't been revoked) and "Revoke" (with a confirmation dialog).

  • You only see the tokens you yourself created — there is no company-wide overview of other admins' tokens.

Revoking a token immediately affects any system or integration using it — access is blocked instantly. Since each admin only sees and manages their own tokens, creating or revoking one has no direct effect on other users in the company, other than on the technical connection running through that specific token.

You can find the documentation of our API here: https://api.upmesh.de/docs/

Table: API tokens

The token list is shown as a table with the following columns: token, note, creator, created on, revoked on. All columns are sortable — click a column header to sort by it; by default the table is sorted by revocation date, descending.

Changing column settings: click the "⋮" icon (three dots) in the top right of the table and choose "Table settings" from the menu that opens. There you can show or hide individual columns, reorder them, and adjust their width. The same menu also offers "Copy" and "Export" for the table.

Storage: these column settings are saved locally on your device only and apply only to you — they do not affect other admins or other tables elsewhere in the app. The table itself only ever shows your own tokens anyway, so its content isn't shared with other users regardless.
