Plans in the project
On the Plans page you manage all construction plans and drawings of your project: you upload plans, maintain versions, assign tags, and use the plans as a basis for pinning tickets at their exact location.
Who can see and edit this page
Your project role controls whether you see this page and what you can do: viewing requires the "Plans" read permission. Uploading, versioning, editing and deleting each have their own write permissions (create plan, create/activate plan version, change plan details, discard plan file). If you lack a permission, the respective action is hidden or disabled and additionally refused on the server.
Views, search and filter
Tiles or table: the view switcher in the top right toggles between a tile view with preview images and a table view. Your choice is saved locally on your device.
Search: the search bar searches plan titles, tags and notes. The search term is part of the URL and therefore shareable via link.
Filter: the filter icon opens the filter dialog; an additional tag icon offers quick filtering by tags (with a counter for active tag filters). Your filter settings are saved per project.
Uploading plans
The round plus button in the bottom right starts the upload. PDF, image as well as IFC files (if the BIM Module is active) are supported, multiple at once; uploading is not possible offline. After the upload, the release step follows:
Multi-page PDFs are split page by page into individual plans; each page gets a pre-filled title you can adjust.
For each page you use a checkbox to decide whether it's taken over, can rotate it, and change the title (required, unique within the project).
If a plan with the same title already exists, you can instead take the page over as a new version of that plan.
Unchecked files are discarded on release.
If files have been uploaded but not yet released, a notice banner at the top of the page reminds you — with a direct "Release" button.
Effect on others: new plans and versions appear for all project members immediately, without them having to reload the page. Members are also notified about new plan versions, unless they have disabled this notification in their settings.
Plan details and editing
Clicking a plan opens the detail view: on the left the tabs "Plan details" (title, preview, tags, notes) and "Plan versions", on the right the zoomable plan preview with the ticket markers. The pencil icon lets you edit the title (unique within the project), tags and notes. Tags come from the project tags and can also be assigned directly in the table column or via bulk action; clicking a tag chip in the table applies it directly as a filter.
Plan versions
The "Plan versions" tab shows all versions (newest first) with preview image, date and original file name. There you can:
Upload a new version directly (PDF/image/IFC, one at a time).
Activate a version: the active version carries an "Active" badge. If the plan has at least two pinned tickets, an alignment dialog opens on activation: you position two reference markers on the new version, and all ticket positions are automatically recalculated onto the new version — the markers remain in the correct place afterwards.
Delete a version (with confirmation) — the active version itself cannot be deleted.
Download a version.
Effect on others: after activation, the new version becomes the active one for all project members. If someone is still viewing an older version, a red warning icon points this out to them.
Deleting a plan
The delete icon (in the table or on the tile) removes a plan after a confirmation prompt — the message differs depending on whether tickets are pinned to the plan. Deleting removes all versions of the plan and all tickets pinned to it lose their plan assignment — the tickets themselves remain fully intact and stay visible in everyone's ticket lists, just without a position on a plan.
Multi-select and bulk actions
The multi-select icon in the header lets you select several plans at once and then add tags, remove tags, or download all selected plans as a ZIP file in one go. Missing permissions are counted per plan and reported to you as a notice.
Download
Each plan can be downloaded individually (active version in its original format). If the QR code option for plans is enabled in the project, a PDF with QR code and tickets is generated automatically instead. You can also download each individual version from the version list, and get several plans as a ZIP via multi-select.
Maps in your project
In enterprise projects with the maps module booked, the plus button additionally lets you create a "map". Maps behave like plans but have no versions and no download.
Table: columns, sorting and settings
The table view shows: preview image, plan title, creation date, date of the active version, number of versions, tags, and — only in the mobile app with offline sync enabled — an offline column. All columns except the preview image are sortable; the default sort is creation date, descending. On the right of each row you find download and delete actions.
Changing column settings: click the "⋮" icon (three dots) in the top right of the table and choose "Table settings". There you show/hide columns and adjust their order and width. The same menu also offers "Copy" and "Export" for the table. These settings are saved locally on your device only and do not affect other project members.
