First steps after the company invitation

Getting started

Were you invited to upmesh by a company? Then your account has already been created for you – you do not need to register yourself. You only need to set a password and you can get started. This guide will lead you through the process step by step.

1. Check your emails

After the invitation, you will receive two emails from upmesh:

  • "Company Invitation" – informs you that a company has added you as a member.

  • "Welcome to upmesh" – this is the important email to get started.

Important: Open the email "Welcome to upmesh". You can only log in for the first time via this email. The "Get Started" button in the company invitation will only work once you have set your password.

Can't find the emails? Check your spam or promotion folder. If they are not there either, please ask the person who invited you to resend the invitation.

2. Create a password

Click on the "Create password" button in the "Welcome to upmesh" email.

You will be redirected to upmesh, where you will set your personal password. This completes two things:

  • Your account will be activated.

  • Your email address will be automatically confirmed – no separate confirmation step is required.

Choose a secure password that you can easily remember.

3. Log in

After setting your password, you can log in to upmesh – using your email address (the one the invitation was sent to) and your newly chosen password.

4. You are already a company member

Your membership in the company was already active before your first login. Therefore, as soon as you log in, you are already part of it.

The company determines which role and which permissions you have. Depending on this, you will see, for example, certain projects, tickets, or plans. If you are missing something, contact the person in the company responsible for you.

Note: In upmesh, a person can only be a member of one company. If you already belong to another company, the invitation cannot be accepted. In this case, please contact the inviting company.

5. Finding your way around upmesh

A few points to help you get started:

  • Projects: The construction sites and ventures that you belong to.

  • Tickets: Tasks, defects, and notes that are assigned to you or that you create yourself.

  • Plans: Construction plans and documents that belong to the project.

  • Your Profile: Here you can adjust your personal information and settings.

upmesh is available not only in your browser but also as an app for iOS and Android. The app is particularly practical on construction sites – you can also work offline, and your data will be synchronized as soon as you are online again.

Download the app from the App Store or Google Play and log in with your email address and your password.
