Globales Dashboard

Multi-project level
Page description

On the Dashboard page you see your personal, freely configurable home dashboard with widgets spanning all your projects and your company.

You find this page via the Dashboard menu item in the main menu; it is usually the starting view after signing in.

Who sees this page

Any logged in user sees this dashboard, there is no special permission for it. Which data individual widgets show depends on your own access to projects, tickets and other areas. The widgets for absences, current time tracking and open absence requests only appear if your company uses the time tracking module.

The layout is personal, with a company wide default

Your layout is initially saved only for you personally. The menu item Set as company default, available only to company admins, lets you define a default layout for the whole company. Effect on others: this default layout only applies to members who don't have their own saved layout yet, such as new team members; dashboards already customized by other users are not changed by this.

Edit mode

The widget icon activates edit mode with the options Reset, Done, Add widget, and, if you have permission, Set as company default. You move tiles by dragging, resize them at the bottom right corner, remove them via the three dot menu, and also open the respective widget settings there.

All available widgets

  • Focus tickets: list of open and in progress tickets due within a chosen time range, filterable by assignee, with a sort menu.

  • Activities: the most recent log entries across your projects, with a link to the full activity history.

  • Absences: only with the time tracking module active. Company wide list of absences, with quick filter chips for today, yesterday, this week, this and next month.

  • Current time tracking: only with the time tracking module active. Shows all currently running time entries company wide, live, with profile photo, cost center, task and running duration.

  • Open absence requests: only with the time tracking module active. Shows absence requests still awaiting approval; clicking the title takes you to the time tracking approvals page.

  • Ticket overview: a donut chart of tickets, switchable by status, type, craft, assignee, or approver. In the widget settings you choose whether the chart covers a single project or all your projects together. Clicking a segment opens the company wide ticket list pre filtered accordingly.

  • Notes: personal notes with a checklist feature, browsable.

  • Website: embeds a web page you specify directly into the dashboard, with an optional title; can be added multiple times.

  • Projects: shows a list or table of your projects, optionally with a map view; you choose the projects to display and additional filters in the settings. See the table section below.

  • Gantt chart: shows a timeline of your project periods.

Table in the Projects widget

If you choose the table view for the Projects widget, you see, among other things, the project title, several sortable standard columns, additional columns from your custom project fields, and a status column at the end.

Changing column settings: click the three dot icon in the top right of the table and choose Table settings. There you show or hide columns and adjust their order and width.

Storage: these settings are saved locally on your device only and do not affect other users.
